Police Online Assessment Process Preparation
If you want to develop your knowledge and understanding of exactly how to pass, this is the course for you.
The ‘Police Online Assessment Process’ Course
The COVID-19 pandemic has forced the Police Recruitment Process to change in ways that were previously inconceivable. Now, with no human interaction at any point, and a completely virtual Assessment Centre, preparation is more important than ever.
Bluelight founder and course coach, Brendan O’Brien, has been coaching and supporting candidates through this recruitment process for almost a decade, and has seen over 10,000 candidates successfully join the police force as a result of his support.
This experience means that, even with the switch to a virtual assessment centre, Brendan knows exactly what is required of candidates to achieve their goals. Each course that Bluelight offers has been adapted to fit the virtual assessment centre, and Brendan will be there to offer help every step of the way.
He’s so confident that you will succeed with his help, that Bluelight offer a full refund (subject to T&Cs) if you don’t pass.
What will I get?
For a one-time payment of £59 inc VAT, you will have access to the full Online Course, containing all the information you need to succeed at every single stage of the recruitment process.
For Stage 1 of the process:
– The course will teach you how to ‘imagine yourself being the best version of your future Constable’ in order to thoroughly prepare for the Situational Judgement tests
For Stage 2 of the process:
– The course will teach you how to use the SAARL answer structure (forget STAR!), and will prepare you for the questions that are highly likely to be asked
– With over 30 years of experience in this field, it isn’t hard for Brendan to predict these questions, and ensure you score any supplementary points possible
– You will learn to prepare the perfect 5 minute to-camera answer. Remember, there is no assessor watching you live – you are uploading a recording of your answer.
For Stage 3 of the process:
– You will learn how to use Advanced Police Community Engagement and Problem Solving techniques to develop a plan based on TEPAC: Trust Building, Enforcement, Prevention, Advocacy and Communication.
This course will provide you with the knowledge and understanding you need to succeed in the Police Assessment Centre – even if it’s online.
All this, as well as an incredible bonus:
– Access to a private Facebook group, where you can join thousands of existing members, with whom you can interact, get support, exchange questions, and even find a mentor
– Additional coaching from Brendan on the Facebook group, with regular updates and relevant information
Add-Ons
While this course will provide everything you need, Bluelight also offers the opportunity to take your learning to the next level, and really impress the recruiters.
For an additional £100, you will gain access to five 2-hour webinars, where you will learn how to take the knowledge from the course and apply it in practice. You will become a part of a small cohort who have access to their own Facebook group, separate from the main one, and for members of this more close-knit course only.
