Dedicated to providing outstanding development opportunities for aspiring police officers, serving police officers / staff and community safety professionals.

Over the past three years Bluelight has:

• Successfully supported over 1% (over 1200) police officers in the recruitment process;
• Provided training support for police officers and PCSOs from North Yorkshire Police, Lancashire Constabulary, Cumbria Police, Thames Valley Police and the Royal Cayman Islands Police;
• Piloted the Level 3 Skills for Justice Awards Problem Solving in Community Safety qualification for Oxford City Council and Oxford Police.

Our success rate is outstanding with 97% of the several hundred aspiring officers who have attended our seminars passing the Police Recruit National Assessment Centre (SEARCH)

All who have been coached on a one-on-one basis for the National Assessment Centre, PC to Inspector Fast Track scheme and Recruit Final Interview have gone on to succeed.
